CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF ADAPTIVE ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Effective functioning of business entities requires timely and appropriate adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to build activities on the basis of adaptive development, which will take into account the latest trends and perspectives, current trends of European and world enterprising.
It is worth noting the particular importance of adaptive processes for domestic enterprises, since they are actively involved in integration into the European environment, which requires the study and implementation of European values and European standards in production, trade, business, management and other fields of activity.The concept of adaptation as a process of transformation of an ecosystem under the influence of exogenous factors is presented in the author's interpretation in order to preserve / achieve a stable state and exercise resistance to excitatory factors.
It is determined that adaptability as a criterion category is evaluative. In the study it was decided to define it as the properties of the system to transform and adapt to changes in both exogenous and endogenous environment.
The research identifies adaptive development as a continuous process that occurs throughout the life cycle of an enterprise based on changes in external conditions of operation and depends on the completeness of information held by the enterprise.
It is proved that an important aspect is the interrelation of the concepts of adaptive potential and adaptive development. Adaptation vectors in an enterprise can have not only a positive orientation but also a negative one, that is, by adapting to the circumstances and conditions of operation in an uncertain environment, the enterprise can achieve not only favorable results, but also the negative consequences of certain actions. Adaptive potential covers the range to which vectors of adaptation apply in a given situation, and adaptive development is directed only to positive scenarios because it is the result of a possible impact analysis.
It has also been proven that adaptive potential is the limit that ends the ecosystem's sustainability zone and changes begin. Depending on the stage of adaptive potential formation, its magnitude is defined either as the ratio of the square of the external influence to the resistance force, or as the square root of the sum of the squares of its coordinates, which are the structural elements of the adaptive potential.
