ANALYSIS OF DEFINITIONS «ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE»

Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of definitions "Economic security of the enterprise". According to the purpose of the study an analysis of existing views on the definition of economic security, we will offer them systematization, we will find common and different features, advantages and disadvantages, formulate our own interpretation of economic security enterprises.

The results of the study highlighted the main approaches to determining the essence economic security of enterprises. Modern scientists understand economic security as a state of protection of the enterprise activity from external and internal threats; as a state of effective use of corporate resources; as a state of finding the strategic potential of the enterprise; how a set of measures aimed at ensuring financial sustainability enterprises; as factors that ensure independence, resilience, the ability to progress an enterprise. As a result of the analysis determined that there is a consensus on understanding the essence of the concept in economic literature does not exist, so it is no accident among the supporters of the concept economic security is continuing terminological disputes. The authors the concept of "economic security of the enterprise" has been improved and supplemented. It is suggested to understand the economic security of the enterprise as a state protection of the enterprise from external and internal environmental threats and its adaptability to environmental changes in the current period of activity and in the future. Also, it is noted that despite being large enough number of approaches to understanding the essence of economic security of the enterprise, research and refinement of its essence should be related to studies of the external and internal environment in the aspect of influence modern changes, threats and dangers of the enterprise.
