In the article the author identifies the features of the formation strategy for development water transport enterprises. Taking into account the peculiarities of strategic planning will improve the quality transport services, bring the level their provision and the level of infrastructure to European standards, increase the level of transport safety, and the functioning enterprises in long-term competition. It is determined that the quality of freight and passenger transportation, marketing activities enterprises, come to the fore when planning a strategy for water transport enterprises. This will improve the system of strategic planning, significantly increase the efficiency management, efficiency and flexibility management decisions. The author understands the concept of "transport enterprise strategy" that the development strategy of the transport enterprise is a mutualism of the main goals the enterprise and the system management decisions transport enterprises.
The article is devoted to a deeper study of the special factors influencing the strategic planning water transport enterprises, which included economic, market, technical and technological, innovative, organizational, human resources and force majeure. The author schematically highlighted two main specific groups of factors influencing the strategic planning water transport enterprises: general and specific. In contrast to the first group, such factors of influence as economic, market, technical and technological most emphasize the difference between the relevant industry. The author's own research and analysis publications on this topic allowed to form indicative indicators-factors by groups factors influencing the strategic planning water transport enterprises.
In order to form strategies for the development water transport enterprises in the modern business environment should be revealed innovative features, human resources of the enterprise, organizational and force majeure, which are general factors influencing the strategic planning water transport enterprises and market, in market, economic, technical technological (specific factor). This approach will develop a strategy for the development water transport enterprises and increase the investment attractiveness water transport enterprises in the transportation market.
