DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES: FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC BASIS

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of the state and modern trends in the sphere of transport construction. The main problems of the development of construction enterprises of the transport industry in the current conditions of the reformation of industrial-economic relations are considered. The latter are accompanied by unfavorable investment climate, constant growth of the cost of building materials and other production resources, problems of low turnover of enterprises, insufficient discipline of contractual relations, etc.

On the example of railway transport of Ukraine, the factors of increasing competitiveness of products of enterprises of transport construction are determined, in particular, the directions of integrated influence of groups of techno-technological, organizational-economic and financial factors are characterized, the main directions of improvement of the mechanism of organizational and economic development of railway construction enterprises are determined.

Taking into account the current state of the transport industry, trends in the development of the economic environment and requirements regarding the quality and volume of renewal of fixed assets, the principles of development of transport construction enterprises are identified, the bases of which are innovation, priority and efficiency.
