The article is devoted to the research of actual problems of business cooperation and education in the training of personnel for business enterprises. In the article the influence of cooperation on overcoming the inconsistency of existing levels of professional qualification competences of specialists with the requirements of enterprises-employers is considered. In the article the training of personnel is considered taking into account: the economic strategy of business development and education; programs of raising the levels of professional qualification competencies of the personnel potential of business enterprises; approaches to training management.
The article discusses the use of the opportunities of the educational services market, which provides internationalization of training and promotes the innovative development of the national economy.
The article deals with the provisions on cooperation between business enterprises and education for effective training of personnel. It is proposed to identify partners of cooperation through dynamic rating assessment of educational institutions according to the requirements of the employer.
The proposed approach to cooperation in the article contributes to the reduction of risks and negative consequences due to insufficient levels of professional qualification competencies of personnel supply of business enterprises.
The results obtained in the article can be used to substantiate managerial decisions on cooperation between employers and training enterprises to reduce the level of risks and negative consequences that may be caused by insufficiently high levels of professional qualifications of specialists.
The author's approach to the development of the training system for business enterprises on the basis of cooperation is used in the corresponding system of support of making managerial decisions.
Management decisions taken with the help of the author of the decision support system relate, in particular: the scope and range of educational services provided; volumes and forms of financial support of training enterprises; motivating and encouraging investors, employers to support training companies.
