METHODS OF LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article covers two existing concepts concerning the logistic management method of an enterprise and identifies significant differences. Also, the authors conducted research and analyzed the essence scientific approaches to the conceptual apparatus of the following definitions management, logistics management, logistics management, methods and logistic management methods, which made it possible to formulate its own definition of "logistic management".

It was substantiated the importance, relevance of the use and development at the  logistic management methods for enterprises, which will lead to its effective functioning and financial growth.

The relationship of logistic management methods with generalized production management laws has been formed. Practice shows that each logistics system must have its own business management concept. The versatility and diversity of logistic management methods of an enterprise, it allows to systematize them in content into four large groups: economic, normative-legal, social-psychological and organizational.

The article describes the classification of logistic management methods, depending on organizational forms, on the method influence, principles application and decision-making, on methods at practical activity and on content in four large groups: economic, normative-legal, social-psychological and organizational.

The effective use of methods of logistics management of an enterprise directly depends on the level of qualification of management personnel, which contributes to the systematic preparation and everyday use of methods of influence on the team and individuals.

The conducted analysis allowed the authors of the article to present an improved graphical model of information flow management for organization at the logistic management methods, which will ensure high-quality decision making in the logistic management system.
