In the current conditions of the digital transformation of the economy, the use of innovative information and analytical systems (IAS) is gaining particular importance, as they are capable of ensuring the effectiveness of managerial activities and strengthening the economic security of enterprises. Such systems integrate heterogeneous data, provide real-time monitoring of counterparties, risk assessment, and support for strategic decision-making, enabling a transition from a reactive to a proactive model of threat management. The article reveals the functional capabilities of IAS in the field of economic security, ranging from the collection and systematization of large volumes of information to forecasting negative factors of the external and internal environment and controlling financial flows.
Special attention is paid to Ukrainian digital platforms (YouControl, Clarity Project, Opendatabot, VKURSI, MediaMonitoringBot, etc.), which contribute to the transparency of business processes, reduction of corruption risks, and the formation of a comprehensive view of enterprises’ financial sustainability. A practical case of using the YouControl system to analyze transport and logistics companies demonstrates an example of preventive risk management, assessment of partners’ reliability, and the formation of well-grounded managerial decisions. It is established that the effectiveness of IAS is determined not only by their conceptual capabilities but also by the real results of their implementation in business activities, particularly in the logistics and transport sectors. It is emphasized that the synergy of managerial support, professional personnel, and modern digital solutions forms a reliable mechanism for protecting the economic interests of an enterprise.
It is concluded that innovative information and analytical systems constitute the technological basis for enhancing competitiveness, adaptability, and sustainable development of enterprises by ensuring the systematic nature, transparency, timeliness, and strate.
