REALIZATION OF THE STATE ECONOMIC INTERESTS IN THE CONTEXT OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

The article reveals the economic essence of economic interests. The identity of the concepts "economic interests" and "business interests" is substantiated. The economic interests of agrarian business entities are highlighted: economic interest in the field of agricultural production - land reform, food security, quality control and cost control; finance - income generation and distribution policy and tax policy, pricing policy, innovation and investment and monetary policy, regulation of foreign exchange transactions; extended reproduction, which includes productivity, wages, including in comparison with other spheres of economic activity, qualitative indicators of development of agrarian sector; marketing includes an increase in sales and market share, the formation of a rational structure of demand and range of agricultural products, the development of food market infrastructure, the competitiveness of products in domestic and international markets; relations with the local government through the adaptation of enterprise plans to local government plans within the implementation of regional development programs of industries and regions; personnel - training and compliance of education of employees of the enterprise with the positions and necessary abilities, in accordance with the mission and goals of the enterprise; research and development work - breeding of new varieties of plants and breeds of animals, new types of equipment and technologies in order to accumulate organic matter in the soil and gradually restore its fertile properties, activation of the mechanism of innovative development, creating a favorable investment climate; environmental interest - the mandatory observance of laws and regulations on nature protection and responsible use of nature in order to ensure safe living and reproduction conditions for future generations. It is substantiated that the state is fully interested in the realization of these interests, which by regulating the development of the industry receives a synergistic effect from the activities of agricultural businesses in the economic, social and environmental spheres.
