Article Processing Charges (APC)

The publication fee for an article up to 12 pages is UAH 1,000. Each additional page is charged at UAH 100. The publication contribution covers costs associated with peer review, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the collection, and placement of its electronic version.

The Editorial Board accepts for free publication sole-authored articles by applicants of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education, provided that the articles meet the established requirements and principles of academic integrity. Along with the article, applicants of the third (educational-scientific) level of higher education (postgraduate students) must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the postgraduate department and bear that department's seal.

The electronic version of the journal is promptly placed in open access on the journal's website.

Payment of the publication fee is made only after the Editorial Board confirms that the article has been accepted for publication (payment details are sent to the author in a response letter).

The Editorial Board accepts articles by applicants of the first and second levels of higher education only in co-authorship with a research supervisor (or another scholar holding a Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Sciences, or Doctor of Philosophy degree).
