Open Access Policy and Terms of Use of Copyrighted Objects

Scientific Journal “Economics and Management”, adheres to a full Open Access model, providing free, unrestricted access to all published materials. The Editorial Board encourages authors to disseminate the research data underlying the published results in accordance with the FAIR principles (Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, Reusability).

The use of materials is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0). This license allows:

  • Copying, citing, and distributing articles;
  • Creating derivative works, making translations and adaptations;
  • Using materials for commercial purposes, including redistribution.

The condition is proper attribution to the original publication with obligatory indication of the DOI, a link to the license text, and an indication of any changes made (if any).

Full texts of articles are placed in the "Archive" section on the journal's website. This policy complies with the requirements of the Budapest Open Access Initiative and international open access standards.

Authors retain copyright and the right to further scientific use of their research results. The journal does not acquire ownership of the articles but obtains the right to publish and distribute them.

The academic journal ensures control over compliance with copyright while supporting open access to scientific materials. Use of materials without proper citation or in violation of the license terms is considered a violation of academic ethics and may result in appropriate editorial actions.
